Pickup and Local Delivery
Berry Lemon Cakes is a small, made-to-order bakery in New York City. Because our cakes and desserts are freshly made and perishable, we do not ship. Orders can be picked up or delivered locally in Manhattan (up to 96th Street) and Brooklyn.
Pickup
- Pickup is free, in the lobby of 200 North End Ave, New York, NY 10282 (Battery Park City). Your pickup time is confirmed with your order.
- Please have your order confirmation (email or printed) and the name on the order.
- If someone else is collecting your order, let us know their name in advance.
Local Delivery
Delivery is free in North Battery Park City. Everywhere else, the delivery fee depends on the area and is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code:

- Brooklyn delivery is available for orders of $150 or more. Smaller orders can be picked up in Battery Park City.
- For addresses above 96th Street or outside these areas, please text (646) 866-0258 or email orders@berrylemoncakes.com before ordering, and we will tell you if we can deliver and what it costs.
- After you order, text (646) 866-0258 to arrange your delivery time. Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time.
Order Readiness
All cakes, cookies and treats need at least 7 days' notice before your pickup or delivery date. Parties and events need at least 15 days' notice and are booked through our inquiry form. For anything sooner, please ask first. We will email or text you when your order is ready or on its way.
After Pickup or Delivery
Please keep your order cool and follow the storage instructions on the label. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we cannot be responsible for how it is stored, transported or served.
Cancellations or Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes (for example design details, flavors or your date) are possible up to 7 days before your pickup or delivery date: email orders@berrylemoncakes.com or text (646) 866-0258. See our Refund Policy for details.
