Due to the perishable and often custom nature of our cakes and baked goods, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchased items, except in cases of damages, defects, or errors on our part.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / non-returnable items All of our products are perishable goods (such as food items) and many are custom-made (such as special orders or personalized cakes). As such, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than issues caused by us.
We also do not accept returns or refunds on sale items.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can resolve it.
Refunds Refunds are only issued in rare cases where we determine an error, damage, or defect occurred on our end during preparation or delivery. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
